1. Orders

The order confirmation involves recognizing terms and conditions of the supplier. Possible special conditions are only valid with written confirmation from the supplier.

2. Price and payment terms

The published prices in our online shop are gross including German VAT. Possible price changes remain reserved.

Conditions of payment and rebates shall be only bindingly specified in the respective invoice, not in Online Order confirmation.

Invoices are payable 14 days net. At first order and in some cases, we reserve the right to demand payment against refund.

Deliveries abroad are executed against advance payment.

3. Special Conditions

Special conditions for schools and wholesalers on demand.

4. Claims

Any complaints must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. When returning merchandise, which must be endorsed by our company, this period is applicable by analogy. Only items in their original packaging will be accepted.

5. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction for any litigation is Duesseldorf, Germany.

6. Data Protection

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Federal data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.

You are entitled to receive information and to amend, block and delete your stored data.
